A booming appellation

The mark of our terroirs
Altitude, proximity to the Morvan, limestone soils on the right bank, more clayey on the left bank... these are the unique characteristics of our terroirs . They mark the profile of our white wines.
Chardonnay, the king of grape varieties, expresses itself here with freshness, fruit and minerality.
