AOC VEZELAY - white

100% Chardonnay

Aging in vats and old barrels - 9 months

Discreet aromas of hazelnut, a delicate attack and a beautiful length in the mouth for this Elegante which does not usurp its name. The limestone of the soils offers pleasant saline notes that persist on the finish.

Ideal with fine and refined dishes such as scallops and delicate fish.

Keep for 5 years

The Voluptuous 2020

100% Chardonnay

Elevage en fûts anciens et neufs - 12 mois

Des notes beurrées et briochées dès le premier nez, une robe dorée qui annonce un vin riche et concentré. La Voluptueuse offre un bel équilibre entre des notes boisées délicates et l'intense fraîcheur des agrumes. En bouche elle est complexe et puissante. 

Un vin à accorder avec des viandes blanches à la crème, des poissons en sauce, des risottos aux champignons.

100% Gamay

Aged in old barrels for 12 months

Definitely fruity for this lovely Gamay, reminiscent of Sophie's origins! It also has depth and silky tannins that the aging in old barrels has brought out to their best advantage.

Beaujolais is the bottle that we never hesitate to open, with charcuterie of course but also with all the warm comforting winter dishes: pot au feu, salted pork, stew...

Keep for 5 years.

Irancy

AOC IRANCY

100% Pinot Noir

Aging in old barrels - 12 months

A beautiful purple color and lovely garnet highlights for this Pinot Noir harvested in Irancy. The nose offers notes of fresh red berries: redcurrant, cherry, blackcurrant. The palate is rich and silky, with aromas of morello cherry dominating. No harsh tannins for this Pinot Noir, but a long and complex finish with spicy and peppery notes. Enjoy with grilled beef or a strong cheese.

Keep for 10 years.

Crémant de Bourgogne

AOC CREMANT DE BOURGOGNE

80% Chardonnay - 20% Pinot Noir

Aged on slats for 18 months

A fine and elegant bubble, a beautiful roundness in the mouth brought by the Chardonnay and delicate floral aromas. Brut, this Crémant made according to the traditional method accompanies festive aperitifs, starters based on fish and shellfish as well as red fruit desserts.

Keep for 3 years.

BURGUNDY RATAFIA

Chardonnay - Marc de Bourgogne

Aged in old barrels - 36 months

Made from white grape juice and Marc de Bourgogne, then aged for 36 months in oak barrels, this Ratafia is both rounded and powerful. Served as an aperitif in Burgundy, it also pairs well with desserts: tarte tatins, walnut cakes, or chocolate fondants.

Keep for 20 years.

MARC DE BOURGOGNE 2011

Marcs of Pinot Noir

Aged in old barrels - 10 years

Produced by distilling Pinot Noir grape marc, this 2011 Marc has been aged for 10 years in our cellars. It is cask strength, meaning that no sugar or coloring was added before bottling.

Its aromas are both fine and powerful with notes of leather and tobacco.

Keep for 20 years.
